Canadian Forces Artist Program - Group 10
Located at the Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa, this exhibition showcased the works of four artists who participated in the Canadian Forces Artist Program in 2023. Other artists included in this exhibition are Megan Dickie, Sora Park and Tanya Busse.
The work I presented was from the series Ãdaži, which was created when I was embedded with Canadian Soldiers at camp Ãdaži in Latvia. This residency took place in August of 2023 and I was able to witness a number of training exercises while also living with the soldiers in the barracks.
The exhibition runs from September 21st till December 6th 2026.
